Getting Fuel
Plan ahead, pre-order your fuel. To contact our refueller, phone 0408 665 792. If ordering with short or no notice by phone, please be aware there may be a refuelling delay due to other commitments. If you place an order, we'll be there.
Please note: We ONLY accept Mobil swipe cards, cash and cheque. We DO NOT ACCEPT Credit Card or EFTPOS.
Aircraft can be refuelled by our staffed refuelling trucks, or pilot-refuelled from our self-service bowser.

Avgas Bowser cabinet: Mobil swipe card only.
DEPOT OPERATING HOURS
Monday - Friday: 7am to 5pm. NO AFTER HOURS SERVICE TILL FURTHER NOTICE
Saturday and Sunday: Only available during our regular, scheduled commercial passenger aircraft (e.g. Qantas, VirginBlue) refuelling times. Please book ahead for other aircraft.

SELF-SERVICE BOWSER
The self-service bowser is available 24/7 and can be operated with a Mobil Carnet swipe card. See the PAYMENT OPTIONS section below if you don't have one. See our map for bowser locations.
